These terms apply to use of the public EPC Atlas website. Any purchase, licence, dataset, implementation, support service or other commercial supply is subject to the quotation, order, licence terms or other agreement issued for that transaction.

Website information

The website is provided to explain EPC Atlas and help potential customers request a demonstration. Product images and examples may use demonstration records, hidden addresses or illustrative figures. Features, regional coverage, pricing and commercial terms may change and should be confirmed in the current quotation before purchase.

Property and EPC information

EPC, property, tenure and related evidence shown by EPC Atlas is used for prospecting and research. It should not be treated as a building survey, valuation, legal ownership check, guarantee of occupancy, guarantee that work is required, or guarantee that a person is eligible to receive marketing.

Prospecting and calling compliance

Customers remain responsible for deciding whether and how they may lawfully use prospecting, directory, contact or other data in their own campaigns. Before calling or contacting prospects, users should apply the compliance, suppression, consent and record-keeping checks that are appropriate to their organisation and campaign.

Third-party services and links

EPC Atlas may provide links or shortcuts to third-party mapping, property research or other services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers, may change without notice and are subject to their own terms, availability and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The EPC Atlas name, branding, website design, software presentation and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Nothing on the public website grants a right to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit EPC Atlas software or proprietary materials except where expressly permitted by a separate licence or written agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may update, suspend or change website content and demonstrations as the product develops.

Commercial quotations

Prices displayed on the website are commercial information and do not by themselves form a completed contract. The applicable licence duration, included services, support, implementation, taxes and payment terms should be confirmed in the written quotation or order documentation.
